Atiku Abubakar, the candidate for the presidential election of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), leads a protest to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) headquarters in Abuja.
This comes following Tinubu’s declaration as the winner of the election with 8,794,726 votes, defeating Atiku Abubakar who received 6,984,520 votes, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP), who garnered 6,101,533 votes.
Atiku and Obi have both filed petitions at the presidential election tribunal challenging the victory of Tinubu.
PDP leaders and their followers, all dressed in black, however, too to the street to protest against the recently held presidential election on Monday 6th, March.
