American singer, songwriter, and actress Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter came through with this impressive song she labeled “Brown Skin” off her album, ‘The Lion King (The Gift)‘.
With help from Wizkid, SAINt JHN and her own daughter Blue Ivy Carter, Beyoncé uses “BROWN SKIN GIRL” to tell young “brown skinned” girls to be proud of their skin and embrace it.
The track serves as the 4th “collab” between Ivy and Beyoncé, with some of the songs being “Blue” and “Wake Up”. This is the first time that JHN, Wizkid and Beyoncé have ever worked together in any way.
The song was officially released on July 19, 2019 and was produced by Beyoncé & P2J.
