Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Davido has confirmed that he and his third baby mama, Chioma are getting married in 2023.
The couple who reignited their romance in public space in the last few days got engaged in 2019 and also fixed their wedding date for July 2020. Their relationship however withered after the birth of their son, Ifeanyi.
Davido had also revealed in an interview with Ndani in 2021, that making his relationship with Chioma public placed a strain on their relationship.
According to him, Chioma went from being a private person to a public figure and received loads of hate messages on social media.
Davido and Chioma seem to have moved on from that as the singer confirmed that they are getting married in 2023, while the UK based pastor, Tobi Adegboyega continuously called Chioma, “Our Wife”, “Our real wife” after gifting her a Birkin bag as captured in a new video.
