American rapper, Sergio Giavanni Kitchens, known professionally as Gunna came through with this song he labeled “WUNNA”.
“WUNNA” is the second single and titular song from Gunna’s sophomore studio album of the same name. The song is named after his longtime nickname “Wunna” (the Atlanta rapper has been referred to as GunWunna and GunnaWunna for many years), which Gunna later turned into an acronym that stands for “Wealthy Unapologetic Nigga Naturally Authentic.”
The song was first teased when the Turbo-produced instrumental was included in the album teaser on March 4, 2020. A snippet of the song’s intro later appeared on April 15, before the song was fully leaked on May 14. It was officially released on May 18.
