Nigerians have commended Prof Dr Kingsley Obioha, after he announced that in place of consultation fees, patients would be requested to show their permanent voters card(PVC).
In a viral video online, the doctor was seen announcing to the patients in the waiting room to bring their PVCs as this would be their payment to see the doctor.
This act of the doctor has generated a lot of reactions from the citizens who have praised his efforts.
