Afrobeat prince, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, has broken silence regarding rumors of his alleged beef with his fellow artiste, Davido.
In a recent interview, the young singer debunked such claims, stating that he has always respected his senior colleagues.
Recall that, the rumor made headlines after Rema was spotted venting online in 2020. It was alleged that Davido slapped him at the BBNaija 2020 finale, which was won by reality Tv star, Laycon.
According to reports, Rema’s bouncers ignored Laycon and other housemates who wanted to take selfies with him, leading to an argument with Davido and the alleged incident.
However, Rema has cleared the air, stating that there’s no bad blood between him and Davido.
He went ahead to preach unity among Afrobeat artists, despite their individual egos and achievements, they have managed to achieve greatness together.
