Fast rising singer, Seyi Vibez has suffered backlash from the Muslim community over opening his music video with a Quranic verse.
The singer unveiled a snippet of his new music video a couple of days ago. This came after Asake dropped his 2023 debut single, Yoga.
The Muslim community, identified as @nigeriamuslim on Instagram made a repost of Seyi Vibez’s video. In their caption, it was indicated that they would not tolerate the use of the Quran in a music video.
